The service technician was very rood and disrespectful. I wouldn’t have let him fix anything in my home ever. Name was Gary
The repairman seemed to know his craft and completed his repair. My only gripe is I had to go over a month with out my Kenmore refrigerator.
This was the second trip to my home for the tech Gary to work on my Samsung ice maker. Round one he installed a new ice maker and told me it was good and then left. No ice was made. Three weeks later the same guy shows back up finally to fix it and does the exact same thing he done the last time and looks at me and says it’s good. I ask if he tested it and he said no that could take an hour to make ice and I’m not waiting for that and if you don’t like it you can call someone else to fix it I don’t care. I hired this company to install a dishwasher in a flip house. I Had to go the next day and finish the installation and then caught flack when I ask for a reduction in the price that they charged.
