The technician was amazing. Went out of his way to get us back up and running. Problem was getting ahold of someone at sears. It’s all just automated can’t talk to a person. Very frustrating

Very knowledgeable on his appliances . Courteous and very professional! Explained the issues I am having and listened to my concerns about the problems I having with this unit .
The service technician was very rood and disrespectful. I wouldn’t have let him fix anything in my home ever. Name was Gary
The repairman seemed to know his craft and completed his repair. My only gripe is I had to go over a month with out my Kenmore refrigerator.
