They do not update you throughout the day if they are going to be late. My appointment was first 8:50. Than 10-12 noon. The tech eventually came at 2pm. If you have a job, good luck. You’ll need to schedule the whole day off.
Very nice and informative. Brought the insurance plan to bring the price down cause it would be costly in the long run
