After 3 service calls, ice maker is still not working.
I wasn’t able to make an appt due to confusion between the warranty dept and scheduling dept. I was passed back and forth 3 times so after 10 minutes I hung up and called a different appliance repair business.
We are very thankful that Sears Appliance Repair is available. David was pleasant and professional. It's not easy to reach anyone by phone at Sears so that was frustrating but the service we received was top notch.
Technician came out day after we reported our problem. He determined we needed parts. Thirteen days later he came back and installed the parts. Unfortunately we are still having one of the issues we wanted repaired, when we shut our freezer door, water comes out of the back of the dispenser and fills the catch tray. The technician was pleasant and mannerly.
He was polite and had it fixed it quickly.
