The tech returned and repaired the freezer drawers that it closes properly, He told me what he had done to fix it and I was well pleased.
Johnny was friendly and courteous. He was so kind to my puppy. He was an excellent representative for Lowe’s.
This poor guy, Greg, has had to come out to our house at least 5 times. After replacing several parts, he finally got us approved for new replacement. Really great service all around.
Very polite and knew exactly what to do. Thank you!
