This the 6th time you all have come to work on the same issue (ice maker). We’ve been told you’ll come work on it every week before replacing the refrigerator, like your warranty contract says. Sad business Sears!
Although you have very nice repair service men ...of which I have met 4 ...they were not able to repair my dishwasher. 10 Service calls. What a shame. Many incorrect parts were sent. What an expense. Since I no longer have the time to wait all day for your help I have canceled my claim. Your live chat team is totally frustrating as they did not seem to have a clue.
