Dishwasher was under warranty
After 9 times we finally got the right part sent to use and I now have a oven working since April..thank u Gregg
I gave because it took 5 trips by 2 different tech's to finally fix but it was with a part i bought instead of the parts Sears supplied (from Amazon). The part i bought was from Samsung!!! I probably spent $20 more for my part but you Sears spent 5 days of their tech time and vehicle time!! It pays to start with the right parts. Your techs ate excellent and your procurement department had issues!!!!!!!
