Martin was not a good technician and he was quite rude to my mother. He told the warranty company the microwave was “dead” and they needed a diagnosis to file the claim. So, we had to have another tech come out to handle the situation.
The gentleman that were sent out were very professional and knowledgeable.
Our technician was fast and dependable. He came back after all the parts were delivered.
