The technician released the refrigerant into the air in the house because he said his collector quit working. He informed me it was harmless. It went through the whole house and caused an asthma attack in my daughter. When I went to rate him, it flashed up and had a 4. I had never had a chance to rate him. His rating would have been a 1.
Keith was a very good service tech. He was friendly, answered all of my questions and was very helpful. He was the second tech to attempt to come to my house. The first one couldn't locate my address and failed to answer the phone when I called him three times after I missed his initial call. Keith was the answer to end the nightmare experience I had had up to today. He was NOT an Ai bot which was a nightmare to have to deal with!!! Keith was great! Friendly, personable and fast! I was very pleased. He went above and beyond. Even offered to come Through the garage so he didn’t track through the house. Great guy!
