The 2 people that come were very nice. They seemed very knowledgeable. I just wish that the person that come the first time that order the parts come and put the parts in. The 2 guy was just as nice as the first one. It’s just a women home alone it’s hard when you get a different person every time the same company send somebody out.
Broke dishwasher instead of fixing it
After 13 days with no washing machine and 2 reschedules, I'm so glad someone came out and worked on my machine. It was just a lose wire. Hopefully that's all that needed to be done. It's working just fine right now.
Was rescheduled 3 times, my repairs took over 2 months. The first technicians assessment was wrong, he had the parts to do the repair WEEKS AGO! Very poor handling of scheduling.
