Service tech was very competent and thorough with the job.
Ken was very prompt and informative. I’m disappointed that he was unable to access the repair service history for our address / washer because this is an ongoing issue with my machine. I had to explain to him that the code on our washer was reoccurring and that when sears repaired it in September 2025 - they had to replace a sensor that was getting wet. The serviceman should have access to the repair history. I tried calling customer service to no avail………
Very professional got in started his work and did an excellent job. We will start using the dryer to see if the towels dry the way they are supposed to.
