Technician was friendly and knowledgeable about my products. Unfortunately, parts are not available.
The service people were fine. I had 3 appointments scheduled for 3-10. Got a call at 7pm that night no one was coming. Rescheduled for 3-21 but they ended up scheduling for 3 different days without checking with me. I will now have been tied up for 3 days for something that should have been done in 1 day. Not very customer friendly.

Very responsive to scheduling diagnostics and repairs. Not responsive after that. Had a tech come out on 12/10/24 to diagnose a broken refrigerator and gave me an estimate for repair. He said I needed to pay half to schedule an appointment for the repair, but that I could cancel if I changed my mind and would be issued a refund. I made the payment, and scheduled an appointment for 12/30/24. Two days later decided to just get a replace the refrigerator can canceled the appoint. A refund never came.
