Lee was very professional and educated me on how to properly prevent this from happening again?
Guy comes out, he's late...whatever not a huge deal, he doesn't say hi or anything just starts doing stuff then asks what the problem was...after running a whole cycle he then says we have a pump issue on our washer (we moved a week ago, washer was fine before that) says its going to be $500+ to fix, we say for that price we would just buy a new one. Turns out it was just the hoses accidently swapped and messing with the computer. I feel like he was trying to swindle us. Never will use this company again.
Very Disappointed With Dryer Repair Service Unfortunately, our experience with Sears Home Services has been incredibly frustrating so far. We were scheduled to have a technician come to our home today for a dryer repair, with a confirmed service window of 1:00 PM–5:00 PM. Instead, the technician apparently arrived at 12:13 PM — nearly an entire hour before the beginning of the scheduled window.
