Our original appointment was moved from last Friday to today (Tuesday). The repair was done and the dishwasher works, but the technician neglected to replace the screws holding the dishwasher in when the door was open and the insulation was not replaced correctly. Had to do that myself. Between the rescheduled appointment and the incorrectly completed job, I can only give 3 stars.
Worst service ever!
Could not repair microwave. Door is now broken(wasn’t before). Technician did not show up with no notice for two prior appointments. Overall seats service experience was awful
Horrible service DO NOT USE! Our dishwasher has been having issues so we scheduled an appointment for repair. Technician came out said he repaired it, within an hour the dishwasher is leaking all over the place. We schedule a time for them to come out again, then get a notification that they came but we weren’t here with a picture of our front door… We were here they never knocked/ rang the doorbell.
