Tech “fixed” my dishwasher today and now it’s freaking leaking. Didn't even test it before he left. I am now stuck with a leaking dishwasher that IS ruining my floors. Thanks a lot. To add insult to injury, their phone support is horrible. Called the number on the website, emails and even in the comments of this review. Matthew was professional and punctual - keeping us posted with time of arrival. He explained the problem and offered care techniques of our dishwasher to keep it in good condition.
John was prompt and did a great job!
I have made 6 different appointments to repair my Sharp microwave. No one has ever showed up to make the repair. The last appt. They showed the technician was at my house making the repair. That is a lie. No technician showed up. Then they marked my service request as complete. Another lie. Do not use their service. Also there is no way to contact them by phone. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
