Had a confirmed appointment. Received email for estimated arrival time. No tech arrived. Then received email with estimate of repairs to be completed which were allegedly declined and signed for. Signature was an”X”. Still no tech arrived to look at repair. Contacted Sears Appliance Repair and was given the run around. Told me the repair was never assigned to a tech.
