IThe repair man was great . Getting it done was a hassle as one guy quit the day it was to be fixed and the guy one that came I'm sure was over worked getting all the extras done. Was to come next day ,ended up making for Friday and he was working in area Thursday so checked if home and came and fixed.
Phuoc was great. He is friendly and timely with getting our washer repaired. Just working with him makes us want to continue using Sears appliance repair in the future.
