We appreciate Randall, the repair technician, who was polite and professional. Randall was supposed to repair our refrigerator. He ordered replacement parts, and then he returned when the parts arrived to install them. It has been six days since the repair, and the refrigerator is still not cooling. The refrigerator is hot and not working. I know he changed some parts, but it did not correct the problem. The Refrigerator is still not working.
Very nice and quick
Second time to work on water dispenser and still very LOW water volume. When you remove the filter there is a kink in the hose and you straighten it out and it works better but you put it back in and it stops again.
Mr. Randy was very knowledgeable of the repairs and was very respectful. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend him for a repair service.
