STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! If we could choose ZERO stars, or better yet negative stars we would. We’ve been living with a broken refrigerator now for two weeks, and this company has promised us an appointment four separate times, canceling last minute the day of, each and every time. If we could have kept our original appointment it would have been better. See waited an extra three weeks to get our washer repaired.
I was told by e Mail that somebody would be here between 8 and 5 I was here all day and in fact cancelled a dentist appointment so l could be here. I was delighted for the quick service however I left at 520 because a had a previous commitment. I did call at 340 to make sure that Indeed somebody was coming and was told that I would receive a call by 400 that they were coming,which of course did not Ihpen. I certainly want to reschedule assoon as possible. Thank s.
