The technician Julian M. was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He was able to repair our dryer in one repair visit. He is a true asset to the company. I highly recommend him! I truly wish Julian would have been the first technician that SEARS sent to my home. Unfortunately, he wasn’t. Prior to him servicing my dryer, a different technician was sent.
