What is the point of coming without necessary parts but still charge 140/- for just showing up. The issue is already stated while booking the repair, but technician came without parts and gave 2 weeks to repair dish washer.
I had a broken washer and decided to call Sears appliance repair. The technician arrived at my house lifted my washer up told me I needed an $800 part and put the washer back down. then he said "that will be 150" and left. My washer was not fixed and I was left having to do it myself. I ended up doing the research, finding the parts that were missing and replaced it by myself which only cost me $30. this was a waste of my time and my money as I had to take off work to wait for him to come. just for him to do absolutely nothi... read more
Friendly and professional. Kept me up to date as to when he would arrive. Very punctual. Sadly said GE does not make replacement parts for my ac that needs service. Mind you the ac is less than 5 years old. Smh. Hopefully when I call to let them know what he told me , they will be able to further assist with this ac issue. Fingers crossed. Three months have passed since and I have not heard anything about having the ac issue fixed. I've tried calling and emailing the company of the extended warranty and nothing.
The technicians were professional, took the time to explain issues and what the charges were. Felt comfortable with the service.
