Technician arrived on time, knew what he was doing, and fixed my problem. He was very friendly and efficient. Your company should be proud to have a technician like this. I would nominate this technician for "employee of the month" While your asking, give him a raise in salary.....
this is the 4th trans-axle in two years also the front tire that was suppose to be replaced the tech said has dry rot but a tube will take care of this I fell the tire should have been replaced. all other repairs went fine. thought of extending warranty but not worth the money.

Technician was competent and cordial but the cost for repair was outrageous, To clear a plugged drain line at a cost of $200 for 20 minutes of work and no parts, Wish I made that much money on a perhour basis. $600 an hour labor cost figure that for a year works out to be $1.2 million annually. Yes I know the tech doesn't get it all but come on that is too high.
