Tech told me it was a propane element he could not fix. Propane company just left. There are no propane elements in the oven, and no issue with the propane. It seems as if the tech did not know how to fix it, and made me waste my time. Now back at square one trying to find a tech who knows what they are doing.

They worked on my dish washer couple of times in the last couple of months and the issue is still there. Every time they charged me showing the new issue. After all those services, now they say the issue is something else and want me to contact the manufacturer. I would stay away from their service.
Took 5 minutes, 3 different phone calls to finally get to talk to a person about whether or not the Cranberry Twp location stocked and sold parts. They don't. What a waste of time. Useless
They will absolutely work in a pinch, but at a cost... Their labor mark-up is pretty incredible. $325 to replace a dishwasher drain pump, $400+ to fix an over knob. That said, they were able to comet next day and the technician did a good job... Just feels a bit like price gouging. And they charged me for the oven fix before doing the work which I never agreed to.
