Our technician, John (Statesville) was awesome. I do agree that Sears needs to be more involved in physically scheduling their technicians because it's unfair to working people to not have control over the time someone comes to their home. John was great and gave us his personal cellphone number so we could connect on everything happening with our washer and dish washer--including scheduling!
Technician did an excellent job in repairing the ice maker.
Ordered meatloaf and was partially raw, they tried to convince me it was ketchup and offered to continue eating after they carried out of site ,I asked for replacement got hamburger steak gravy and onions, I had to go back to work, took steak and realized it had atleast two human hairs before I threw out, that's what happens when you send something back. Sickening
