Great experience. Kevin gave us many ideas to avoid high temps in our 3-year old Samsung refrigerator.
Would have given a better rating due to the fact that the original technician misdiagnosed the problem and ordered the wrong part to be replaced. A second technician came to install the part and discovered that it was not the part that was needed and proceeded to order the correct part but found that it was no longer available due to the age of the appliance. A week of wasted time when I could have been shopping for a new washer. I will say that the tech was very polite and helpful.
Called to have a refrigerator repaired was told it would take 4 weeks for a service repair mat to get to me DO NOT RECOMMEND
