Called on a Monday and they scheduled a tech visit two days later. They called the day of the appointment indicating that multiple techs called in ill and they need to reschedule two days later (Friday). Then they called me again on Friday morning indicating that they needed to reschedule again and couldn't get me in till 1 week later (the following Friday). For such a big name company I was extremely unimpressed. I cancelled and found a company nearby that could come sooner. Will not do business with Sears Appliance Repair ... read more
The process was easy online. We were kept up to the minute about arrival time and who would be our Technician. Arrived on time. Very nice. Got in, identified the problem. Gave an immediate quote and got the work done in record time. Excellent! Thanks. This may have been the easiest service call we have ever had. Joe
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Waited for over three months to get a part for my washing machine. I would not recommend this place.
Was on hold for an hour and they never picked up.
