The repairman did an expert job in fixing my riding mower. the problem was it took 5 months to get repaired. Unit went down in July and it took till November 24,2001 to repair. I had extended warranty and they could not help me. I had to wait for a repairman. As I told them that they did not wait 5 months to remove money from my account to pay for the extended warranty. So if you are thinking about getting a extended warranty be careful, it may take a while to get some things fixed
* Jacob was the best technician we have had come out from your company. We have had 3 technicians out for the same issue in past 60 days. None of them were able to identify the simple issue that was wrong. Jacob was the 4th technician to our home and Finally FIXED our refrigerator Just in time for Thanksgiving!! Best of Holiday Joy to HIM. He Truly was a God send!
