Once you can get a repair person to your home, they are usually pretty good. But good luck getting through the Sears Phone Tree from hell, and then having someone in Malaysia trying to trouble shoot by terrible phone connection what you already know will require a repair person to deal with with. One of the worst run companies on the planet.
This rating/review does not reflect anything about the technicians. They are excellent. Unfortunately, the company is horrible. They didn't tell me when the appointment was made (weeks in advance) that they wouldn't come in if no one was here. I even told them at the time that it was likely no one would be and gave them a door code. So, I drove 3 hours from home, I have guests coming tomorrow and still a broken dishwasher.This is really hurting my business.
Great service
After a long wait they wanted my wife to give the money that could not provide an invoice for or any kind of documentation. After that they tried to strong-arm her into a contract for a warranty knowing that I was not home and that I would return shortly. He said nothing directly to me
The ice maker was not functioning properly and the technician honed in on the problem right away. He exchanged some pats with newer, revised parts and it is work fine now. Great job!
