The technicians have been great. We have been without a fridge for almost 6 weeks. Two visits and after the second visit when they installed the new parts, the technician left and the fridge still doesn't work. Can't get ahold of anyone and continue to hear the "we don't have enough technicians" excuse. I get it but we spent a LOT of money on all the appliances for our new house and a LOT of money for the extended warranty and can't get our fridge fixed within a reasonable time.
