Couldn’t make an appt for over a week, finally made one and during my appt window informed the repairman is going to be 2 hours late. Can’t talk to a person, everything is automated.
Im so sad that Sears had to close the stores in Greensburg and Rushville. How can u have an experience when theres no answer or return call when u leave a message.
