Great service. I have lowes protection plan and my technician, Lee, arrived on time, Was professional, informative, and did an awesome job! He actually thought outside the box to figure out what was wrong with our ice box. I have had this box “fixed” 3xs these past 2 years and finally Lee figured it out. Thank you so much for fixing our ice machine!!
Very unprofessional do not use them.
They were not very customer attentive. The only concern was making a sale. After the sale there is no attention to questions and never return calls.
