did good, clean work to be honest, at first I was aghast mildly at price, but when I saw how Benjamin really checked out everything, I was so very glad I called and made appointmen
I have had a Master Protection Plan with Sears for several years. I pay a once a year fee and have 10 items covered. I do not have to pay anything for repairs should I need them. The fee is reasonable and the technicians are very competent at what they do. The only drawback is you may have to wait 10 days to two weeks for a repair appointment.
Great service, wonderful and friendly and knowledgeable technicians.
