Would score “0” if I could. Called to repair my new refrigerator for a low water flow issue, the original problem turning out (eventually) to be a mis-manufactured water filter (Sears: “When you buy a refrigerator, it’s having a filter is considered a bonus; we don’t replace filters under warranty”). I purchased the warranty when I purchased my home appliances from Sears. I have had them for about 2 years and they are all starting to not work. Both my refrigerator and washer are broken and they are giving me appointments that are 2 weeks out. The individuals that answer the customer telephone calls are sometimes hard to understand and/or rude. The service call took forever to get through, but was handled with great satisfaction, personable and seemingly caring Individual. The technician came out as scheduled and was very courteous and good. Had to order part and called and came back out to install as soon. as it arrived.

If I could give a negative I would. Sears repair man has no clue what is wrong with washer. Called multiple times, several cancelled on their end. They plug into a computer and expect that to be the magic answer. Perhaps hire competent service techs!!! Washer still not fixed. Surprised they are going bankrup!!!
