Absolutely horrible trying to get somebody out to fix something it's under warranty. No hot water for two weeks because they're too busy. Then they want to charge you for a service call.and still no answers on a replacement!
Worthless
Sounds like to get anything fixed on a front load starts at $500 and up........Even a bearing... so knowing that ahead of time might save you the $120 evaluation ...........as the repair cost is crazy......even if it took 8 hours labor $500+ is expensive......and seems like a tool to try and sell you home appliance warranty.
