The team came to fix our Microwave. Some parts were to be replaced. They were ordered, delivered within a week. Then they came at the agreed upon day to fix it. Staff was courteous and explain the issues and solutions.
If their computer system worked I would have given them 5 stars. The repair people who came were great (knowledgeable, polite, efficient), however, the computer system for ordering parts and scheduling was a mess. For example, AFTER the repair was completed I received at least three more emails telling me they were coming in early November. Since the work had already been completed, I cancelled each time but the messages kept coming.
