I never received a call back.
Service was great a little pricy to Give a diagnosis but has been out twice and we were pleased
I don't leave bad feedback but this has been horrible. I don't know of any repair service that takes 3 weeks to repair a washer. The techs aren't bad but the system is horrible. 3weeks! Call someone else, someone local. They will give you an appointment from 8am to 5pm, x's that by 3. Just buy a new appliance before you think of calling them. They spam you like a telemarketer with there home insurance and other services. Horrible!
