Repair person has prior experience with my washing machine model and quickly fixed the problem. He called before coming and advised me that he should be there within the hour and was right on time .
Great service the tech knew what to look for and fixed the problem! Every thing is working correctly now
I had the same technician, as last year, so that I do like. He was very efficient and explained the problem and went about his business of repairing . Very easy to talk to, and was polite. All in all a great experience .
Sears is very customer service challenged, I have struggled with them for years. Appointments sometimes takes weeks. They require you to be waiting and available from 8-5pm, and are unable to narrow the window. On this call the repairman said there was nothing wrong with my washer, yet it flooded the floor the next time I tried it. Now, I have to wait another week and a half, the the day off from work, for a second service visit. That's not customer service. Sadly my house is full of Sears appliances.
The repair man for the furnace, fridge, washer and driver have always been excellent, professional, clean, accommodating, and educational. The repairman Dan for the stove is at best like a fresh kid. Doesn't talk, is bland, and usually finds fault with us. Today accused us of abuse which is rude. Over a cheap plastic bent foot. Are you kidding me. A plastic foot in a metal hole that was bent. Unbelievable. Never having him back.
