If you need an appliance serviced and want to wait a week to be told the appointment is between 8am-5pm and no one ever come, not contact you to tell you they are not coming, and the online agents stop communicating with you or all together tell you they aren't coming today, sorry" than this place is for you! My central A/C issue was diagnosed by Luis from Sears last Monday and he ordered the part and returned today to replace the part. He was prompt and absolutely amazing. Thanks Luis C.
Impossible to actually get someone on the phone who can actually help you with an issue , going months without a working refrigerator because they refuse to help when a part was unavailable
Sears showed up on time and fixed my dryer during the diagnotsic!
