I called to schedule the appointment and got a representative on the phone who barely spoke English. He aggressively attempted to push additional unwanted services, despite repeatedly being told no. We miss all the Sears stores, but the Appliance repair folks still do a wonderful job. I recommend them highly.

The service was great. Paid by check at the time of repair but they are still billing and threatening to turn to collection. No phone # to call. No way to talk to a human. Would never use them again. Tom
