I understand that each situation is different with its own unique issues, but my experience with your service was excellent. Technician called first thing to inform me I was his second appointment and to give an estimated ETA but cautioned that the time given may change depending on the circumstances of his first appointment. Initially, I was a bit put off by the 8-5 service window. But, Sidney eventually arrived and quickly diagnosed & repaired the issue. And, to top it off, the repair ended up being covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Sidney was thoughtful, prepared, thorough. Thank goodness there are still people who take pride in their work. Sidney was a prime example. It would be nice to know ahead of time that there would be a smaller arrival window revealed on the date of service.
Once they arrived they told me that they couldn't buy the part that needed to be replaced. So I had to pay the $140 fee And didn't get my dishwasher repaired. I don't know why they didn't get the model number from my dishwasher before The schedule.
* Please let my technician know that I appreciate him. He was a breath of fresh air, he was kind and respectful to myself and my belongings. He left with me feeling grateful that he took the time to do a thorough job. I am reassured that my refrigerator will be operating the way the manufacturer intended. He walked right in and easily diagnosed the problem and got busy with the repair. It had frozen and was backed up with a lot of ice and he took enough time to remove the ice completely to insure it dies not occur again. I’m... read more
