Our Technician was % wonderful. I rate him 5 stars. He was professional, on time, explained problem with my refrigerator. I can’t say enough nice things about him! Sears Home Warranty is another thing to talk about. They do not tell the truth of maintenance. It’s in my contract!
Sears,If you need appliance repairs, stay far, far away from these thieves. My 74 year old, one arm Vietnam Vet father has been taken to the cleaners by these folks. He placed a service call to them on 10/7 because the freezer on his Kenmore side by side quit working. They came out on 10/25 and diagnosed that the thermostat in the freezer went bad. Canceled upon discovering they charge $159 just to show up. I'm prepared to pay my way, there prices are abusive. So much for customer service.
