I’ve had a repair scheduled for today 11/30 for the last 2 almost 3 weeks. Then this morning I received a text that the repair was confirmed then a call from sears 2 hours later saying I needed to call them with no further information. When I called the only option I had was to listen to the automated response with no option to speak to a representative. Now I have to wait 2 more weeks to get my refrigerator repaired. This is completely unprofessional. I will never use sears again.
The service person arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time prepared to work. The ordered repair parts arrived in plenty of time. He proceeded to dismantle the dryer, clean the interior, remove the malfunctioning parts and replaced them with the ordered parts, then reassembled the dryer. He tested the repaired dryer and it functioned as expected. He cleaned the work area, packed his tools and offered advice and educated me with additional dryer information and care.
