The technician was great. Getting to that point was ridiculous, first the technician came to my house, diagnosed the issue and ordered the part, from parts direct, and scheduled the next appointment. The part arrived and it was broken, I called the repair service to tell them the part was broken and they told me I had to wait until the technician arrived to make that assumption. He arrived confirmed that the part was delivered broken and ordered another one, it also arrived broken and again I had to wait until the technician... read more

Repairman on time and very friendly checked all appliances thoroughly
the tech came and took care of the repairs after using tools to determine what was actually wrong. The parts that were ordered were correct and the install took about an hour..
