replaced transaxle for the fourth time (same brand and type) after running it for an hour to an hour and half started slipping and hard to put in reverse and then hard to get in forward. Same old song, nothing like our old Craftsman mower, which ran great for 13 yrs.
My wife called to schedule a oil change and have the mulching blades replaced on my riding mower. We have the maintenance agreement and the customer service person explained what the charges would be for the parts. It took 4 tries for the work to be done. My wife dealt with three of the service techs and they were all rude and condescending in their discussions with her. I talked to the fourth tech and found him to only be rude. Ease scheduling. A very good repairman who was on time and efficient. Repairman went out of his way to see that the job was done properly.
Technician came out and service my riding mower. Called before he came out resolved the issue and now it's working perfect!!
