The repair man was excellent. I would recommend them to everyone
Not even open anymore
I picked the time slot between 1 and 5 on Friday, my only day off. The tech shows up at my house at 12:17. Assuming i had a 45 minutes before the tech showed up i used the bathroom. I just missed him pulling out of my driveway when i came out.. I called them and a lady on the line said she did notice he showed up before the window of time and that she would send him back. Waited 5 hours for him not to show. Called back and they had no recollection of my call. Only that I wasnt home at the time the tech showed up.
NO MORE PICKUPS! Sorry but that's the main reasons I used Sears parts.
