They repaired our dryer and the technician was excellent. We have always gotten good service.
Had appt for dryer repair. Technician was scheduled to arrive between 3 and 5. At 6 pm I called to see where he was. Was told that he had been overscheduled and our appt had been rescheduled for a week later. No phone call. No asking if the new date was convenient for us. It wasn't. When I asked for an earlier appt I was told that was the first available appt. No apology. Never again.
Fixed the "PROBLEM" but created another one!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR.... the worst service I have ever dealt with.
