The technician made the first visit. Ordered the replacement part but never came back to install it but closed the work order and stated that the part was installed. Called them back they told me there was nothing they can do because they don't have a tech. My washer was on warranty and the company can't do anything because this place is the only place they have a contract with.
No service. Products don't work.
