The repairman fixed our riding lawnmower. He is very capable and friendly.
Randal was my service tech, and he did a great job of fixing my Kenmore Elite front-load clothes washer. Randal installed a new replacement part for the drain pump (it was worn out) and then ran his equipment checks and ran the washer through a cycle or two to make sure it didn't leak and make sure the drain pump was working correctly (it was). After he cleaned up his working area in my laundry room, he asked me to make sure he had returned the washer to the exact place it had been before on the floor tile (it was). Good job... read more
Terrible customer service! I was trying to get an appointment for my dryer but it was so difficult! They said there’s a $94 estimate fee (which is waived when the estimate is accepted but if you don’t you have to pay the $94), which is ridiculous. I asked
My Sears Repair man, Randal, serviced my mower--as he has done several times in the past--and he was on time, very efficient, and very courteous!!
