I left an item for repair @ Sears. When I had not heard from them in 3 wks, I called the listed number and after answering numerous electronically generated questions was referred to a central office. I was informed that I did not exist. When ask to connect me with a person at the store, I was again rerouted to the same number, same questions and same answering service.
