We've used Sear's for years to buy and repair products. And for nearly every occasion have been very pleased with the products and/or services. However that can't be said of our last visit for a maintenance issue. The window AC was repaired to proper working order. However the issue was, WHERE the repairs took place. It was upon the area rug in the middle of the hardwood floor! A stain was left that was said to be water but wasn't! Technichan was very good and rates a 5-star rating but the Sears Warranty process to get the work accomplished was completely unsatisfactory. I have been a life-long Sears appliance owner but will never purchase from Sears again.
