The technician was absolutely excellent! My only problem is having to wait weeks for them to come out and service the equipment. Why does it take so long to get a service call in the calendar?
The Sears technician was timely, efficient, and professional! Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly.
Was told they would call when on the way. Did not get a call and missed the service man by 2 minutes after taking off work. Service man would not return even though he was still in the area. Had to wait another week for my washer to get fixed. When service man did call on next visit, was Notre concerned about how I was going to pay for services then getting here. He was so grumpy when he did get here that my 3 year old asked"what happened to him?"
