Parents have been without a Refrigerator for 3 months now. They are both elderly. They had a service guy out and he said that they would have to order parts to fix it. Since all of this has begun, they have received a total of about 11 parts to be installed that have been delivered. What good is the warranty if you cannot get any help for the elderly folks.
