Stay FAR FAR away from this company. We attempted to use them to repair our Kenmore water softener, that stopped running and would not drain. We had to call them to come back out 3x. Each time they claimed to have fixed the issue and each time we were charged. The 3rd visit was to re-evaluate what the SAME tech had done the 1st 2 time, that didn’t work. We had turned the unit turned off because it would continue to fill with water and not drain. The tech turned it on and failed to turn it off when he left the storage room th... read more

Not only did he repair the washer, he answered questions we had about the service contract terms and he is an excellent representative for your business.
