It's been 3 weeks, and our fridge DOES NOT work. We have lost everything and are still waiting for it to be fixed.

This was the 8th time the service team has been out to repair our new (April 2015) Kenmore refrigerator. So far so good this time. I have signed off on over $5000 worth of repair receipts that were billed to the warranty company. We are not home some of the time and over the past couple of months we would open the frig or freezer and have warm air and spoiled food. The service team replaced most every minor and major components within.

We are very happy with SEARS and their repair techs. The work to the range included calibration of the lower and upper ovens. We were surprised at how much the lower oven was off. He also ran the dishwasher and gave me some suggestions on different soaps to use and to always use Rinse Aid for the rinse cycle. We wouldn't hesitate to call SEARS for any other problems we might have in the future. Overall he gets 5 Stars.

We have always had timely and well done repairs by Sears. I appreciate that I was able to get an appointment in a hurry when my washer gasket gave out due to wear. Our tech was very personable and considerate. There are no surprises on price (quote on the spot) and I like the numerous phone reminders and well-organized scheduling.
