Used them through a home warranty. Had two different techs out here (charged service fee for both). The last guy just took a guess at what was the issue and told us to do the work. Gave us a small discount on the service fee, but still charged us. Now I am 2 years out and $300 in without a working icemaker. We did do the replacement the second guy "guessed" was the problem. Now Sears wants to charge me another $169 just to come look at it a 3rd time.

The service tech could have fixed my 20+ years freezer but the cost would be around the price of a new freezer, he suggests that it would be best to purchase a new or used working freeze and he show me many options on used and new freezer, so I look around and was able to find a scratch and dent refrigerator below the price that it would cost me to have my freezer fix. The young man that did my maintenance service on my old freezer was very knowledgeable and very helpful, pleased with the service.

Very professional. Did excellent work. Explained the problem, how he fixed it, and how to prevent it from happening again.

We had two different techs. One to diagnose the issue and order the parts. The other to repair a coile weeks later when the parts came in. Excellent experience all around. On time, friendly and accurate to fix the first time. Thanks guys.
