We've maintained Sears yearly service agreements for many years, for our major appliances. Included with agreements are annual product checkups. Today, a service technician (Eugene) responded from his Clay, NY location. He is a welcomed "state-of-the art" tech in all areas. He has responded to our home in past years and is always consistent with his fine qualities. It's so comforting to receive such high quality service from a knowledgeable, caring and courteous representative.
Although our washing machine is now fixed, it was a very frustrating experience. On the first visit, the technician thought he had the part that was needed on his truck, so my husband and a friend lifted the dryer from the top of the washer (stackables). Only then did the technician actually check his truck, and discovered that he didn't have the part. Arrived on time. Actually called and could come earlier than scheduled. Professional, friendly, and finished within 1/2,hour.
Horrible experience. Misdiagnosed my fridge problem multiple times. Couldn't for us in for over a month. Keep charging us even we try to cancel home warranty. Wish I never called them to begin with. Recommend to no one.
Got 12 confirmations and NO SERVICE.They canceled 2 appts at the last minute and had the nerve to try to schedule a third appt. To call them any kind of service is ridiculous.
