Repair guy was professional and thorough
Bought a $3024.30 refrigerator 4 years ago. Called for service and was given an appointment date of 1/18/22. Sears delayed the appointment to 1/20/22. Technician arrived and evaluated all parts, placed the order and advised of labor fee since all parts were under manufacturer warranty. Was given another appointment date of 2/3/22 for completion of repair. Parts arrived at my home on 1/26/22. Morning of 2/3/22 the technician arrived and replaced 2 parts, but apparently not all parts ordered and advised to not put food in for ... read more
Excelente servicio son muy amables rapidos y hacen un buen trabajo.
Our fridge stopped working in early April and now it’s 2 months later and have been through 3 repair guy and none of the could fix this fridge. They just keep ordering more parts because they say the guy before them ordered the wrong parts. Now I’m being told I’ll have to wait till July 3 before I will have another repair guy here to maybe either fix or just order more parts I’m not happy and if you ask me my solution I will say either refund my money in full or just replace this fridge with a working one. Service is horrible. I paid up front on May 25th and am still waiting to have my washer repaired. Never use them at all.
